Alumenarc Shipping Policy

(Effective: January 2025)

At Alumenarc, every Arc (Metal Poster) is printed on demand, polished to perfection, and securely packaged to arrive with the same shine it leaves our studio with. Below is our complete shipping policy for Pakistan and the Gulf region.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Pakistan – Nationwide

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

More regions will be added as we expand our footprint.

2. Shipping Partners

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we work with:

  • TCS for all Pakistan-based orders

  • CityMail for UAE & KSA shipments

3. Print-On-Demand Production Timeline

Every Arc (Metal Poster) is made fresh for your order.

Standard & Collection Posters

  • Printing + Finishing Time: 2 working days

  • Dispatch Time: Within 3 working days after order confirmation

Custom Metal Posters

  • Order Confirmation: Requires 50%–70% advance payment

  • Production begins only after confirmation.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Pakistan

  • Standard Delivery: 5 working days

  • Buffer Time: +2 days (in case of high volume or remote locations)

UAE & KSA

  • International Delivery: 14 working days

  • Buffer Time: +2 days

5. Shipping Charges

Within Pakistan

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 200

  • Protection Plus Shipping: Rs. 500

    • Includes Easy Return and Fragile Shipping.

  • Same rates apply to custom orders.

International (UAE & KSA)

  • Shipping is FREE

  • Duties and taxes are already included.

6. Payment Terms for Delivery

To maintain smooth operations:

  • Orders above Rs. 5,000 require 50% pre-payment

  • Custom orders require 50%–70% advance, depending on image quality & size

  • Remaining balance (if any) is due via COD where available

7. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Our packaging is engineered to withstand long routes, but if your Arc (Metal Poster) arrives damaged:

You must provide:

  • An unboxing video (showing the package being opened), and

  • Clear photos of the damaged poster & packaging

Once verified as a genuine case, you may choose:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

We aim to make this process as smooth as possible for you.

8. COD Availability

  • COD is available across Pakistan

  • High-value orders above Rs. 5,000 require partial pre-payment

  • COD availability for UAE & KSA will be updated once service launches

9. Order Tracking

Once your Arc (Metal Poster) is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email based on the communication method you selected at checkout.
