Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

At Alumenarc, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our cancellation, return, and refund policy carefully.


1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation (Before Processing)

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet begun.
To request cancellation, please email us at hq@alumenarc.com or alumenarc@gmail.com with your order number.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has started due to the personalized nature of the product.

Standard Orders

Standard, non-custom orders may be cancelled within the 6-hour window unless they have already been dispatched.


2. General Policy

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of custom metal posters, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for these items. These posters include personal photos, moments, or specific artworks that are unique to each customer and cannot be shared, resold, or repurposed. Doing so would violate our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Alumenarc Privacy Policy.

Standard Orders

For standard, non-custom products, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.


3. Conditions for Refund and Exchange

Defective Products

A full refund or exchange will be provided if the product you receive meets any of the following conditions:

  • Print Issues: Blurred, missing, or inconsistent print quality that deviates significantly from the original image.

  • Damage: Severely bent, disfigured, or physically damaged posters upon arrival.

  • Coating Defects: Uneven coating, peeling, bubbling, or any issue affecting durability or appearance.

  • Mounting Problems: Misaligned mounting holes, broken mounts, or issues preventing proper display.

Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email hq@alumenarc.com or alumenarc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, issue description, and photos of the defect.

  2. Approval: Our customer service will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

  3. Return Shipping: If approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Once the product is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method once our payment partner approve the Refund.


4. Exclusions

Custom Orders

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective as defined above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale


5. Important Information

Quality Assurance

Each metal poster goes through a quality inspection before shipping.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide high-quality, accurate images for custom orders. Alumenarc is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality images submitted by the customer.

Data Privacy

To protect customer privacy:

  • We do not share custom content with any third party.

  • Only the customer can access their prints or files with valid proof of identity and order information.

  • Personal photos for custom orders are securely stored and deleted 15 days after order completion.
